What happens to what you share.

This website collects only what you choose to send us through its forms and assistant. It is for business inquiries about training, supervision and consulting. It is not a place for personal health information.

What we collect

When you request a consultation, book a call or use the plan finder, we store the details you enter: name, organization, role, email, phone if given, and your answers. We use them only to reply to you and prepare a proposal.

Email

Form submissions send an email to Dr. Thomas and a confirmation to you through our email provider, Resend.

The assistant and plan finder

The assistant and plan finder use Google’s Gemini AI. Before anything is sent to Google, we remove names, email addresses and phone numbers. Google may use these prompts to improve its products, so please do not share client details or personal health information in the assistant.

Storage

Inquiries are stored in a secure database (Supabase) that only the practice’s admin account can read through the site. We do not sell your information or use advertising trackers.

To see, correct or delete what you sent us, email admin@thejtginc.com.
